These terms are an agreement between you and HeyYou, Inc., which provides Tailside, and cover the current Tailside web and private iPhone preview.
Important travel boundary
Tailside organizes requirements and evidence. It is not a government agency, airline, veterinarian, attorney, customs broker, or guarantee of entry or carriage. A policy match is not a ticket, pet reservation, or airline approval.
What each state means
- Policy preview: Normalized information appears compatible with the saved pet and trip inputs.
- Dated flight: A passenger schedule or offer exists for the dates. Pet acceptance remains unconfirmed.
- Pet space confirmed: The operating airline has separately accepted the pet on each segment and supplied a reference.
- Travel ready: Time-sensitive country, return, airline, kennel, and document checks are current, subject to final official and airport decisions.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate pet, trip, health, and kennel information. Review OCR fields against originals. Obtain veterinary advice. Verify official requirements before travel. Complete actions that require your identity, consent, payment, signature, or live confirmation.
Preview limitations
Rules, schedules, aircraft, weather restrictions, embargoes, and carrier capacity change. Candidate rules are withheld from customer reliance until source health, qualified review, publication, and production acceptance gates pass.
Acceptable use
Do not upload documents you lack authority to use, probe another household, bypass access controls, automate abusive requests, or use the service for commercial animal movement outside the stated personal-travel scope.
