The private preview puts export and deletion controls in Account + Privacy. These actions apply to the current private workspace.
Download your data
Export pets, measurements, trips, requirements, and evidence metadata as a structured JSON file.
Delete one document
Open the saved evidence record and remove its uploaded original and parsed evidence.
Correct information
Edit a pet profile, measurements, trip details, or reviewed document fields before relying on the plan.
Delete the workspace
Permanently remove the workspace and uploaded originals after typing the required confirmation phrase.
How to use these controls
- Open the private preview.
- Choose the Account + Privacy control.
- Select Download my data, open an evidence record to delete it, or expand Delete this workspace.
- For help, choose Get support and select Privacy or deletion.
Advertising and sale
The current preview does not include advertising trackers and does not sell personal information. If the product’s practices change, this page and the privacy policy will be updated before those changes apply.
Some short-lived security records may remain temporarily after deletion when needed to protect the service. Public-release retention periods and request handling targets are still being finalized.
